Ear cuffs are meant to be put on top of ear cartilage and slid down into place (and removed in the same way). They should not be able to come off just pulling off - they should have to slide up the ear to get off - this is how you know you've got it on securely)
If you have an especially tiny ear or wider thicker cartilage (men) please let us know so that we can do a little tweaking of the size before we ship them to you.
